Technical Literature Technical literature provided by the Volkswagen Group is available from the following links: Technical Helpline Before calling the Volkswagen Group Technical Helpline, we hope you understand that our preconditions are that you have the literature required, a sufficiently trained technicians and the necessary tools and measurement equipment. If you have met the above preconditions please call the TPS Technical Helpline on 0844 826 7861 (9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday) for further advice. All calls are charged at 5p per minute. Charges from mobile phones can vary. Please make sure you have the Vehicle Identification Number/s (VIN) and engine number/s to hand.
