Here’s how to win

• Purchase Quantum products
  All products from the Quantum range qualify for entry into the prize draw – lubricants, consumables, batteries, blades, bulbs, exhaust silencers, overalls and more
• The Quantum range offers quality, value for money essentials for all areas of your business so make the most of it. The more you buy, the more chances you have of winning one of these great prizes.
• Earn multiple prize draw entries
  Purchase any Quantum products from your local TPS Centre to the value of £50* (or multiples thereof) on a single invoice to gain prize draw entries. E.g. £50 equals one prize draw entry; £100 equals two entries etc.
• Earn bonus prize draw entries
  Purchase any Quantum Exhaust Silencer and gain 10 prize draw entries.

Applies to purchases made during the promotion period, 1st March to 30th April 2010.

1. By entering the promotion, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions of which the entry instructions form part.
2. The promotion commences on 1st March 2010 to 30th April 2010 inclusive.
3. Every purchase of £50 (excluding VAT) of any Quantum products or multiples thereof on one invoice from 1st March 2010 to 30th April 2010 will entitle the trade customer or company to one entry into the prize draw.
4. The promotion is open to customers of participating Trade Parts Specialists, excluding members of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited dealer or authorised repairer network.
5. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd, its TPS network, dealer network, authorised repairer network and/or associated companies or their families, and people under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Entrants must reside in the UK.
6. 25 winners will be drawn at random on 8th May 2010 from all valid entries received and winners shall be notified by email or telephone. Your TPS Centre will inform you should you be a winner with instructions for receiving your prize(s). The draw will take place in front of an independent observer. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner(s), the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize(s) as it sees fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
7. The prizes that can be won are as follows:
   1 x Sony Bravia 40inch Full HD LCD TV with Freeview worth £700 1 x Sony 5.1 Home Cinema System with Blu-ray and iPod cradle worth £400 3 x Sony Blu-ray Players worth £100 each 4 x 20 £10 High Street Vouchers
8. The name of the winner(s) and the prize(s) won will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 28 May 2010.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries that illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post or electronically on the website. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged or incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to participate in any publicity arising from the award of a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winner(s) in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or prize draws.
10. No cash alternatives will be offered and awards are not transferable, nor can they be exchanged for other prizes or refunded.
11. No alternative prizes are available to those that are offered and all prizes are offered subject to availability. Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd and its appointed representatives reserve the right to substitute any prize with a prize of a similar quality or equivalent value if stocks of any items are unavailable and in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
14. Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this promotion. However, nothing in the rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting neither liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group Unlimited Kingdom Ltd nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
15. If there is a conflict in the terms conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.
16. Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Trade Parts Specialists) for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner(s).
